After a beautiful summer, is anyone else looking forward to winter and the Christmas season? If so, you are in luck my friends because today I am sharing some Hengrave Hall Wedding Photography highlights from a Christmas wedding at what happens to be one of the most spectacular venues I’ve shot at! This wedding was magical, and although the temperature was quite chilly, there was so much love and intimate detail that even the coldest drizzly day couldn’t spoil it. This bride’s favorite holiday is Christmas and she wanted to have Christmas-y detail interspersed throughout the wedding—including two full sized Christmas trees, miniature wreaths adorning the chapel aisles, a Christmas carol service after the ceremony, fairy lights, glass lanterns, fireworks and sparkle galore! To add even more personal touch, the couple incorporated elements from the groom’s military service–walking through an aisle of soldiers and cutting a cake with a sword! The grand Hengrave Hall is characterized spectacular Tudor architecture, which really works perfectly for a winter bride–filled with rich brown woodwork, stone details and fireplaces scattered throughout. The historic intimate chapel is so beautiful it needs barely any decoration at all. The bride’s trumpet gown, updo of curls and fur sash radiated chic elegance perfect for a winter wedding. The bridesmaid’s dresses were so stylish and could easily have been re-purposed for a black tie New Years Eve Event. This wedding was the perfect combination of elegance and glamour and I hope you enjoy some of these Hengrave Hall wedding photography images!
